Need a derby fix during a Nebraska Winter? Derbys4U delivers with their two day New Years Team Destruction Demolition Derby held each year around New Years. This year the event will again be held at the Columbus Ag Park in Columbus Nebraska.
The best derby drivers from the Midwest gather to compete for over $26,000 in prize money for the team event. This year the event will feature 24 teams of 4 cars (2 Old Iron and 2 80’s or Newer) with the winning team taking home the top prize of $11,000.
The event is not only a team event as they have an 80’s event as well which will feature 75 cars competing for a purse of $8300 with the winner pocketing $3000. Overall total purse will be around $34,300 for this two day event. All teams and drivers are pre-registered and the event is currently full so a total of 171 cars will be running during the event.
